When a user has too many failed login attempts their user account gets locked - This article provides information on unlocking a locked user account.
Unlocking a user account can only be performed by Administrators and accessed through SETTINGS (Cog icon) in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then USERS from the left-hand menu.
When a user has attempted to login to AppScore with an incorrect username, password or both more than 5 times their user account is locked out for 15 minutes - Locked user accounts can be identified on the USERS screen with a status "Locked".
- To unlock a user account click on the user account and then UNLOCK
- The user will now be able to login into AppScore
You have successfully unlocked an AppScore user account
