This release brings a new CSV import wizard, a new layout for the schedule screen and numerous other improvements.
CSV import wizard for server data
A key feature of AppScore is making intelligent use of server data from discovery tools.
We’ve now made it easier to load CSV files from any discovery tool with a new import wizard that guides you through matching columns in the source data with AppScore fields.
Auto-detection is provided for files from AWS Migration Evaluator (formerly TSO Logic), Device42 and Azure Migrate (Movere). More CSV formats will be added in coming releases.
Revised schedule screen layout
The layout of the schedule screen has been improved and you can now see the Risk, Complexity and Benefit scores for the applications in the Move Groups.
You can also now download the Gantt chart for use in your documents and presentations.
Server data enhancements
Where an application shares servers you can now click on the Shared Servers icon in the Application Summary screen to bring up a list of other applications that this application shares servers with.
Servers can now also be edited directly from within the Servers tab of the Technical Gallery under the application (previously you could only view the servers, editing was done via the main Server screen).
Totals in the Group Builder screen
There’s a new “total” row shown in the group builder that provides a total for server counts and transformation costs.
